Benjamins Bar Mitzvah

The big day finally arrived. Benjamin was officially becoming a man today. You could not have asked for a more perfect day and setting. The ceremony took place inside one of the most beautiful temples in Aventura.

After the ceremony, the party was held out side. The event was planned and decorated by Lisi from Forever Events.

The party was a great success with no shortage if smiles, hugs and kisses for everyone!

Tonight was the Shabat dinner party for Benjamin's Bar Mitzvah. Some of you might remember that back in January we shot the poster for this grand event. The party was organized and decorated by Lisi from Forever Events. Here are some images of the little details of that night.

Andrea's Bat Mitzvah Poster

This was a very special day for me. I was honored when my little cousin, Andrea, asked me a few weeks ago if I would shoot the poster for her Bat Mitzvah.  We decided that the beach would be the perfect place for out shoot. As luck would have it, it rained most of the day, even as we were driving out to the beach. But right when we got to the beach, the clouds and rain departed leaving us with a beautiful evening shoot with not a soul on the beach but us. Here are a few of the final choices.

Benjamin's Bart Mitzvah Poster Shoot

This was a first for me. I had never done a photo shoot for a young mans Bar Mitzvah poster. I have done posters before, for movies and promotional materials, but never for this. When Benjamin's mom and I began planning the shoot, it was easily decided that we wanted to capture Benjamin in a natural, candid and comfortable way. What better way to do this than with mans best friend, he's best friend, Zeus. This is the selected image for the poster. I think this pretty much captures everything we hoped it would.
